PRODUCT APPLICATION

Prepare the area to be treated, ensuring freedom from dust, grime, greases, oils etc, using TEK038 Universal Degreaser or suitable alternative and allow to dry. Any corrosion, other surface contamination, and loosely adhering matter should be removed with an appropriate grade of wet and dry abrasive paper. Following preparation the surfaces should be further treated with TEK038 Universal Degreaser and allowed to dry.

If in doubt about the composition of the substrate, undertake a small test application on an inconspicuous area prior to use to ensure suitability.

Shake the can thoroughly for at least two minutes. Repeat shaking at regular intervals during use.

Spray from a distance of 20 to 25cm. Thinly applied coats built up at 10-15 minute intervals will achieve the best result. Leave for 24 hours to harden. After use invert can and spray to clear nozzle.

Where to use:
Non-ferrous metals including galvanised, anodised and zinc coated steel, aluminium.

Where not to use:
Not recommended for use on copper or brass.
