Adhesion Promoter is a clear primer designed specifically to bond to difficult, non-porous or non-ferrous substrates and to provide a surface suitable for the subsequent application of primers, finishes and lacquers.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
Prepare the area to be painted or primed, ensuring it to be free from dirt, wax, oil, etc, with TEK038 Universal Degreaser or suitable alternative and allow to dry. Mask off with masking paper and masking tape to prevent any overspray. Use between 15 to 25°C in a well ventilated area. Shake can vigorously for at least two minutes to ensure the paint is thoroughly mixed. Repeat shaking at regular intervals during use. Test paint prior to use on a similar surface to that being sprayed. Spray from a distance of 20cm to 25cm. Apply two light coats at 10 to 15 minute intervals.
Allow to dry for at least 1 hour before applying primer or top-coat. After use invert can and spray to clear nozzle.
Where to use:
Rigid, non-porous plastics, including Melamine and Phenol Formaldehydes, rigid [unplasticised] PVC, laminates, and galvanised and non ferrous metals.
Where not to use:
Flexible plastics & thermoplastics such as acrylics, polystyrene, polycarbonates, polyolefins etc.
